Guantanamo

Tony Blair calls it "an anomaly", about the nearest he's going to get to stepping out of line.  The UN rejected an invitation to visit because of US restrictions (eg no private interviews with detainees).  Crtiticised by Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, Liberty and a host of other international groups concerned with human rights.  We think it's a sickening reminder of the US administration's arrogance - everyone has to follow international law apart from them.  One good reason why no-one wants US "democracy" forced upon them.  We should be ashamed by association.
